Good Boys brings to you good smells for this fall launch. Interested in finding out more about our latest room and linen sprays? Check out our frequently asked questions.
Q: What made Good Boys choose to release room sprays for this launch?
A: We are constantly thinking of things that we enjoy using in our day-to-day lives that make the day just a bit better. Coming home to a clean, fresh-smelling home can easily turn a bad day around, offering a bit of solace from an otherwise chaotic day.
Q: What was your inspiration for the names of the fragrances?
A: Naturally, a Good Boys product needs a good name. We started with a play on words using our ubiquitous word "good", and then tried to capture the feeling of each fragrance based on what kind of space we imagined for the sprays. The remnants of a cup of tea instantly made us think of a "good home", and the lavender and earthiness in our other spray gave us a visual of cosiness, warmth, and an overall "good mood".
Q: What is in your Good Boys sprays and do they contain anything harmful?
A: Our sprays only contain five fundamental ingredients: distilled water, natural fragrances, an emulsifier for binding, and a preservative to fight against mold issues. All our sprays are pthalate and paraben-free. In addition, all ingredients are vegan and cruelty-free. Please follow directions for use to maximize safe use of our products.
Q: Are your spray bottles eco-friendly?
A: Good Boys is always taking measures to create as minimal waste as possible. We opted for durable glass spray bottles for repeated and continual use. In addition, after you have used up all your product, we also offer discounted refills at $10 a bottle, so you don't have to throw anything away. We still haven't found a way around using plastic nozzles, but we are always open to suggestions if anyone has them!
Q: What sets your room sprays apart from cheaper fragrance options we can find at grocery stores?
A: Good question! Firstly, we wanted to make sure that our room sprays were visually-pleasing in addition to being functional. A lot of room and linen sprays out there are kind of tucked under a desk or stowed away in a dark cabinet--we want ours to serve both as a freshener and as an element of decor in our customers' spaces. Secondly, we tried to select and mix our fragrances based on quality and uniqueness. The last thing we wanted was to make a weak-smelling product or come out with scents that are readily available by other popular commercial brands--we can truly say that, for us at least, we have never quite smelled fragrances like this before. Finally, it is always a great feeling to support local, small businesses. Yes, we may not have all the resources to price our items as cheaply as big brand competitors, but contributing to Good Boys means that you are supporting our island and more economical and ethical production practices.
Q: Do you currently have any other fragrances planned for the future?
A: Definitely! We already have several different good-smelling products in the works, but we want to make sure that we are making good choices when it comes to quality, uniqueness, and brand fit. Of course, the feasibility of future releases really depends on how this current launch will be received by the public, so make sure to add our fragrances to your cart if you want to see more in the future!
Wishing you good days,
